This luxurious and well-equipped villa is ideal for two families or a group of friends. It has a maximum capacity of 8 beds. Via the main entrance you come into a hall which provides access to all the rooms on the ground floor and to the stairs which lead to the basement. On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining area, three bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The modern and spacious kitchen is fully-equipped including: ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. On the ground floor there is an open living room adjacent to the dining area. This comfortable living room features a large sofa, coffee table and TV / SAT / DVD. The dining area consists of a table with eight chairs. One bedroom, ideal for children, has two wooden bunk beds, a round table and four stools. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, TV with DVD / SAT and bedside tables. The bathroom, located off the kitchen, is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Via the stairs in the hall you enter the surprisingly luxuriously furnished basement which is a paradise for relaxation. Here you will find a sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, relaxation room, a bar with kitchen sink and a bathroom with a bathtub and sink and a half bathroom. All areas of the villa are completely at your disposal during your stay. The house is centrally heated and is therefore suitable for rental in winter. A free Wi-Fi connection is available. This villa is situated in the picturesque and peaceful village of Roudná, at the tourist crossroads of Southern Bohemia. The village is just 14 km from the historic town of Tabor and lies near the woods and banks of the Lužnice River. The villa is surrounded by beautiful nature which beckons you to go hiking or biking, enjoy an array of water sports or fishing, as well as visit numerous interesting historical landmarks. In a beautifully landscaped and spacious garden you’ll find an above ground pool, perfect for a nice refreshing dip during the hot summer months. You can also use the furnished pergola with outdoor fireplace and several seats. Sufficient privacy is definitely assured. In the village, and at a distance of 500 meters, you will find a grocery store and no less than five restaurants (some with outdoor seating) used mainly during the summer months. The restaurants offer a wide variety of delicious dishes. On the other side of the Lužnice River (0.5 km) there is the picturesque village of Skalice with a grocery store and the very famous "U Rumcajse" restaurant which is especially popular with boaters. Golfers will also enjoy their stay here as just 20 km away, in Sudoměřice u Bechyně, there is a fine 9-hole golf course. In short, a versatile year round holiday destination for persons of all ages and interests.
