Beautiful Villa Bella with Private Pool Villa Bella is a gorgeous house with extensive landscaping with big palms trees and flowering Hibiscus, Plumbago and both a Flame Tree and a Jacaranda. It is south west rear facing onto an inland waterway. There is a good size branch in the water which is a favourite resting place for the Anhingas after a fishing trip! The accommodation considers of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite and the 3rd bedroom has it's own bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is accessible from the pool deck. This light house has everything, a well equipped kitchen, BBQ, bicycles in the garage, a golf option and free tickets to the baseball between mid-April and the end of August. The 8 tickets are on a first come, first served basis to watch the home games of the Charlotte Stone Crabs throughout the summer. This home is a wonderful suntrap and the pool and Jacuzzi are usually in use well into the evening. Payment Policy: Payments are in US Dollars. We accept payment by cheque, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment and the signed booking form. However, if the booking is made within 2 months of the holiday commencement date, the full amount of rental and security deposit will be required on booking with the completed booking form. The balance of hire will be due 2 months before the holiday commencement date. Homesearch Florida reserves the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date. The refundable security deposit is $250.00 per house. There is a charge of $110.00 per booking for prep & final standard clean. BBQ usage is FREE with a full tank of gas. Refills are charged at $25.00 per refill Cancellation Policy: More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - Deposit only Between 6 - 8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of rental Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of rental Rules: No Smoking, No pets. Our rates include discounts as follows: 4+ weeks in High and Festive Season 25% discount 4+ weeks in Low Season 15% discount 2+ weeks in January 2011 only 20% discount.
