Spacious Three Bedroom Gulf Coast Villa A spacious three bedroom three bathroom villa with large south facing pool enclosure and open views to the rear.

Very large 'great room' with 3 piece suite, rocking chair, 42 inch plasma TV on wall, with DVD player Dining area with seating for six. Fully equipeed kitchen with latest fridge/freezer with cold water and ice making dispenser. Separate laundry area. Master bedroom with king size bed and patio doors to pool; walk in closets; spacious en-suite bathroom with large bath, walk-in shower and twin basins. One twin and one further double bedroom and two further bathrooms. Lanai with table and six chairs. Full width sun-deck enclosure with sun beds. Pool cage has 'Florida Screen' (opaque screening) to give extra privacy from adjacent houses. 30 foot pool with electric heat pump for year-round warm swimming. The rear is south-facing for maximum year round sun, and has open views over a lake towards a golf course . Our villa is in Rotonda West, a deed-restricted community with a high standard of upkeep with houses backing onto canals and golf courses

Although Rotonda is entirely residential, there is good shopping at Englewood and Port Charlotte nearby, and a choice of supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive

Along with the shopping, there is a wide choice of restaurants of all standards.

Several lovely Gulf Coast beaches are easily accessible from the villa, the nearest being only 15 minutes drive.

For golf enthusiasts, there are several courses within Rotonda, and a new 9 hole section has recently been added to the Long Marsh course that runs behind the villa, making it a 27 hole course. There are, of course, many more golf courses within a short drive.

Rotonda is easily accessible from the I75 highway, which gives access to several state parks, the interesting towns of Venice, Sarasota and Fort Meyers and the picturesque islands of Little Gaspirilla and Sanibel, all less than an hour's drive away.
