Located in a British palace dated 1900 which hosted European & Russian nobility and later W Churchill and famous artists and business people, the Grand hotel is a unique and private estate surrounded by 5 acres of a well kept park, a protected parking lot, a 33m swimming pool and three tennis courts. Private beach and restaurant. The apartment overlooks the sea and has direct access to the beach and the park. Terrace easily fits 8 for lunch or dinner. Very high ceilings and marble floors. Entirely redecorated and furnished. Location is 15 minutes from Monaco and its nightlife , 10 minutes to Menton and the Italian border, and 30 minutes to Nice airport.

Golf at 5kms, sailing in Menton or Monaco. Very quiet environment and yet everything is available!
