This modern and lavishly furnished 2-room apartment is located on the first floor. From the patio doors you have a beautiful view of the mountain slope and almost the whole town of Rokytnice. The living room is equipped with a DVD player, plasma TV with computer connection and a double bed sofa. Of course there is also a large dining table with six chairs plus a highchair. The kitchen is equipped with four electric hotplates, a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator and large freezer. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two single beds. There is the possibility to add a (free) baby bed. The stylish bathroom has a heated floor and is equipped with a toilet, electric towel rack and hair dryer. There is a lockable storage room for shoes and suitcases into the basement. You have free use of a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet. The apartment is ideal for 4 persons (maximum 6).

This apartment occupies a unique location: at an altitude of 900 meters, on the edge of what is the black ski slope in winter. From here you can take endless walks or ride a (mountain) bike. From the patio doors you have a wonderful view of the entire environment. The apartment is part of a stylish new three-story chalet situated on the Lysa Hora mountain. In the basement of the apartment building there is a fully-equipped restaurant that is open all day. In the summer, the building is easily accessible by car.
