This modern and spacious two-room apartment is located on the first floor and has a beautiful view of the mountain slopes and almost all of the town of Rokytnice from the patio doors. The living room contains a DVD player, a TV with plasma screen and connection to a computer, and a double bed sofa. There is also a large dining table with six chairs and a highchair here. The kitchen is equipped with four electric hotplates, a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator and large freezer. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. A (free) crib can be added. The stylishly decorated bathroom has a heated floor, a toilet, electric towel rack and hair dryer. There is a private lockable room in the basement for storing shoes and suitcases. You have free use of the Wi-Fi connection to the Internet. This is an ideal accommodation for 4, maximum 6, persons.

This apartment occupies a unique location: at an altitude of 900 meters, on the edge of what is the black ski slope in winter. From here you can take endless walks or ride a (mountain) bike. From the patio doors you have a wonderful view of the entire environment. The apartment is part of a stylish new three-story chalet situated on the Lysa Hora Mountain. In the basement of the apartment building there is a fully-equipped restaurant that is open all day. In the summer, the building is easily accessible by car.
