The center is just 1 km from the villa. The beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar, with several play areas for children and sunbeds for rent, are 10 km away. There is a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars. Guardamar is a nice, busy town with a lot of shops, bars, restaurants, a disco, nature park and a weekly market (on Wednesdays).
