Within an easy drive of a 20 minutes or less is Portsmouth NH and University of New Hampshire; the outlet malls at Kittery ME; the beaches of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Also within 20 to 30 minutes is York Hospital in York ME, Wentworth Douglas Hospital in Dover NH, and Frisbee Memorial Hospital here in Rochester NH. The Durham campus of the University of New Hampshire and the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard are a little over 10 miles away.
There is easy access to Portland ME and Boston MA via Amtrak’s Down-Easter and C& J bus service at stations in nearby Dover NH. Rates are in US Dollars.
It is standard policy within the vacation rental industry to collect a deposit at the time of booking.

In my opinion, one night’s rent is a reasonable deposit amount.
Ten business days is an acceptable time frame for your guest to send payment. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
