Granite Counter Tops, Golf Discounts Available, Poolside View, On Site Restaurant, Community Outdoor Pool, Shower, Community Gas Barbecue, Oceanfront, Near Beach, Linens Available for an Additional Charge, Beachfront View, Maid Service Available, Near Casinos, Private Bathroom, Beach, Concierge Service, Air Conditioning, Golf, Volleyball Court, Designated Parking, Basketball Court, Outdoor Tennis Courts Upon exiting the airport, stay in the right lane and follow the exit sign to the town of Carolina, via Route #26, heading eastward.

Stay in a left lane onto Highway #26 for approximately two (2) miles.

Take Rt. #66 to Canóvanas (Toll Road). At the end of Rt. #66,take a Right onto Highway #3.

Continue on Highway #3 for 15 miles.

Take a left turn, north, after the town of Rio Grande, on the State Road #968.

Resort entrance will be on the right 3/4 mile from turn.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

The prices are per night plus a 7% of Room Tax and 5% Resort Fee; we accept: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

The Payments are due 30 days before the Check In Date. Cancellation Policy: Prior to 60 days of the arrival date a 20% fee is charged. From 30 days prior to arrival a 40% fee is charged. 30 days or less prior to arrival a 100% fee is charged. It is recommended that you purchase a travel insurance thru your local Insurance Company. There will be no reimbursement if client cancel or vacate the premises prior to this agreement. No refund will be given for cancellation due to weather. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Property subject to availability. A security deposit is required for all rentals. The security deposit for a one bedroom villa is $500, two bedrooms $800 and $1,000 for a three bedroom villa. This deposit is fully refundable provided that there are no damages, missing items, long distance calls, or pay per view charges to the villa..
