2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths in the Epicentre of Copacabana Located in Rua Barao de Ipanema, on the second floor, in the corner of Rua Leopoldo Miguez, 5 minutes walk to the beachstreet Avenida Atlantica and close to the subway station Cantagalo as is in the corner of Rua Barata Ribeiro and Rua Miguel Lemos.
Air condition, so cold split where the condenser is separated and does not make noise as the common "wallshakers" does, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Both bedrooms have electrical showers and WC integrated with the bedrooms, LCD TV 20" and double beds with springing mattresses of high quality.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollar.
•Advance payment 30% of the total price and 50% for New Year and Carnival.
•For New Years the apartment is rented in package for up to 10 nights with the New Years Eve included, may start and end any date.
Price for the package is 3.000 USD, exra nights is 160 USD, final cleaning included.
•For Carnival the apartment is rented in package for up to 10 nights with the 3-9/2-2011 included.
Try to come e few days before as the party starts already on Friday evening and the first day here in Rio I am sure that You need some rest after Your long trip.
Already the weekend before and also after the Carnival there are may street carnival trains.
On the Sambodrom stadium there are a winner parade with the 6 best placed teams for a lower price than during the official competition between the elite teams that is on Sunday and Monday during the Carnival.
Price for the package is 3.000 USD, extra nights is 160 USD, final cleaning included. Cancellation Policy: The advance payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
Minimum rental time with final cleaning includid is 7 nights, in case of shorter period the rate will be a bit higher to compensate the cost for the final cleaning and laundry of linnen and towels. .
Deposition fee 100 USD per bedroom as will be returned at checkout time. Possible damages and missing equipment beyond "normal use", or bad condition, is deducted from the deposition fee. Possible claims that are larger than the deposition fee will be calculated separately. .
Electricity, gas and one set of linen and 4 bath towels per bedroom is included in the rate. One set of linnen to the bed-sofa and 4 bath towels cost 15 USD or 10 Euro extra, as is the rate for one extra set of linen and 4 bath towels. .
If You want cleaning during the period it is charged separately. Final cleaning and laundry is included, but You are expected to leave the apartment in the same condition as You receved it.
