Payment Policy:
All rates are quoted in Euro.
A deposit of 30% of the rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due at arrival. Bank transfer of Cash are accepted forms of payment.
A damage deposit of €200 will be returned at the departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit together. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, parking passes etc. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of € 50 There are no refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised. Rules: Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
This number cannot be surpassed. Any additional occupants will lead to a supplemental payment of 35 euros for a studio per night.
Domestic animals are not authorized. Allowed after a specific agreement: Only one domestic animal is allowed and if no agreement exists the owner may require a payment of 25 euros for the animal, payable upon the tenant's arrival.
