Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
To reserve the apartment you need to pay 20% of the rent. After this amount is payed I will sent to you an authorization to get the key from the concierge.
Payment can be done through PayPal by credit card.
The invoice for payment will be sent by e-mail.
The invoice contains the terms and conditions of the rent and it is the proof of the payment and also of the rent.
The remaining amount must be paid when you're already in the apartment.
New invoice will be sent for that.
To fill the invoices it is necessary your full name, nationality and passport number. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the reserve implies the loss of the value given in the warranty. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
I- If the lessee is in possession of the property without paying the remaining amount of the lease, judicial and police measures relevant to the case will be taken.
II- The lessee has to replace or pay the value of any object damaged during the lease and any damage to the property.
III- At the end of the lease, the lessee has to deliver the property as received, with the equipment in functioning.
IV- The lessee will vacate the property at the end of the lease and will gives the key to the concierge at the time and day constant of the contract. If this obligation is not fulfilled, the lessee will pay a daily fine of US$ 300 while staying at the property, and will be responsible for the damages caused to third parties due to the impediment of a new lease.
V - No smoking inside the apartment, not allowed animals.
