This pair of cottages together makes this perfect spot for large families, up to 12 guests, or for two families vacationing together. There are two and a half bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for comfortable accommodation.

Payment Policy: Rates are in Canadian funds. To confirm a booking a 25% deposit by cheque mailed to owner is requested. Balance required by cheque 30 days prior to arrival. It takes 30 days to clear some cheques. Cancellation Policy: The confirmation deposit cannot be refunded. The balance may be refunded if an alternate renter is found. Rules: 1. Normally pet friendly for house trained pets. Please ask. 2. Life jackets for small children are essential. 3. On departure the kitchen should be clean, dishes washed. 4. Garbage pickup is on Monday mornings. 5. Garbage and recycle system will be explained on arrival.
