This cottage sleeps ten people and has five bedrooms consisting of four doubles and one twin as well as three bathrooms. This cottage also has a first floor open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and a sitting area. Outside, this cottage has an enclosed front terrace with furniture and a shared front lawned area and off road parking for 3 cars, with additional roadside parking nearby. 1 Beach Terrace is an excellent cottage, which is perfect for families and friends who wish to explore the area.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars with additional free roadside parking nearby. Enclosed front terrace with furniture, shared front lawned area. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach 10 yards. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
