ref 6743 The Mount is a detached cottage situated in the small, rural hamlet of Llechcynfarwy, only five miles from Rhosneigr on the island of Anglesey. This cottage sleeps upto fifteen people and has four bedrooms consisting of one family bedroom with twin beds and adult bunks, one family room with a single and adults bunks, one ground floor family room with a twin and adult bunk beds and a ground floor double bedroom and a folding bed with an en-suite shower room and a sofa bed in one of the sitting room. There are also two ground floor family shower rooms and a family bathroom. Also at this cottage there is a fitted kitchen with breakfast island and dining area, an additional kitchenette, sitting room with table tennis table and woodburning stove and a second sitting room with open fire, a utility room and a conservatory. Outside, this cottage has a summer house with hot tub, enclosed patio, large lawns, bedminton net, Wendy house, furniture and BBQ, as well as shed storage. The Mount is perfect for groups of friends or families all year round.

Full gas central heating with additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room and open fire in second sitting room. Electric oven and hob, gas oven in second kitchen, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, additional fridge/freezer in utility, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, video, CD/radio, WiFi, telephone for incoming and emergency calls only. Fuel and power charged via meter reading (will be deducted from Good Housekeeping Bond at end of stay). Starter packs of fuel for woodburning stove and open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Summer house with hot tub (seats 6). Highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 8 cars. Shed for bike storage. Enclosed patio, large lawns, badminton net, Wendy House, furniture and BBQ. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
