Payment Policy: Our rates are based on the number of Occupants. Prices do not include state and local taxes of 10% Rates are quoted on 8 people. Rates for 4 folks start at 250$ add 50$ per additional couple. Cleaning fee is 100$ effective January 1st 2012 Pets add 25$ Cancellation Policy: We ask for a 20% deposit to hold a resevation with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. All reservations are 100% cancellable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Inside 30 days a refund will be given only if your town home is re-rented for the same period. Otherwise we apply your credit toward a future stay based on avialability. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. See our current contract. But basically we want people to be quiet after 10PM (walk to town to Party) courteous at all times, take care of the town home and leave it in the same shape you found it, let us know if something gets broken or damaged, and treat your nighbors like you'd like to treated. This is family spot!
