On arrival there will be a full gas supply in the gas-bottles. When this supply is empty you will have to change it. The moment you leave the villa we will ask you to leave a full supply of gas in the bottles again. Food and drink are at your expense.
The villa has a guardian and concierge who is staying 24/ 7 in the house in the villa (ground floor and top floor apartment together) we can accept up to 10 adults and a couple of children (more information to be received on demand).
Guests are asked to observe the no-smoking rule inside the house: there are plenty of outside areas where smoking is permitted it is possible to use the house for parties (after prior acceptance by owner) but special arrangements apply, please contact us for details.
