Great views from mountains that surround our city, near to restaurants, museums, cinema and hand-craft or food markets.

50% for booking and balance of 50% two weeks prior to arrival. Paying with PAYPAL add 2.5% to cover their fee, the other 2.5% is cover by the owner. Refundable security deposit $100 Also fees can be paid with transfer to my local bank Cancellation Policy: For cancellations mor than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50. For cancellations less than 90 and more than 31 days prior arrival, there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior arrival.
