Getting there

Situated in Western Brittany, on the sought-after Crozon peninsula, 70 km south of Brest with its award-winning Ocean discovery park Océanopolis. The beautiful city of Quimper with its cathedral, narrow cobbled streets is well worth a visit. Also within easy reach of Douarnenez and Pointe du Raz, a dramatic place of crashing waves and strong winds, the most visited site in Brittany.

PLACES TO SEE:
Crozon Peninsula. Scenic rugged coastline with numerous fishermenÂ’s ports and sheltered sandy coves. Spectacular natural setting for walks, bike rides and watersports.
Camaret. 9 km. Peaceful little fishing village situated at the most western tip of the Crozon Peninsula. Almost completely surrounded by the Ocean and off the beaten track, it is a little gem waiting to be discovered. Plenty of seafood restaurants, creperies and bars to discover.
Locronan. 40 km. Most picturesque and beautifully preserved village with granite houses with slate roofs, centred around the church in the cobbled square. Popular as a film-set it has been seen in several films. Many craftsmens / artisans working in the village.
Douarnenez. 50 km. Popular family resort with choice of beaches and scenic coastal walks, rich maritime heritage and once famous throughout France for its thriving sardine fishing and canning industries.

Brest. 60 km. Large seaport and naval base in a wide natural harbour, facing the Crozon peninsula. Renowned for its Oceanopolis aquarium. 3 golf courses.
Pointe du Raz. 85 km. Most famous headland in Brittany and beauty spot offering breath taking vistas over the Atlantic ocean. Celebrated by Flaubert and Victor Hugo, it attracts millions of visitors. A stunning place to be on a windy day!
Concarneau. 85 km. Fishing port with delightful fortified old city. Enjoy a stroll through the small town and donÂ’t miss the famous Kouign Amann, a Breton cake full of butter and sugar. Very naughty but so delicious!!!
