Welcome to our Vacation Rental Villas in Costa Rica Casa Frangipani is located in the unspoiled and beautiful Nicoya Peninsula in the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. Just above the town of Montezuma with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean you will find Casa Frangipani. We offer four private individual Vacation Rental Villas and a Studio immersed in nature. All our rental Villas are surrounded by lush landscapes for maximum privacy, yet angled to maximize ocean and forest views. This beautiful hideaway will provide you with the opportunity to explore this tranquil region of Costa Rica. Our wonderful villas are available for you to rent for your vacation at very competitive rates. Why stay in a hotel when you can have a fully equipped villa to yourself.
Our Rental Villas
Casa Frangipani sits on a hilltop facing the Pacific Ocean and a lush tropical forest. The four rental villas are designed to maximize the beauty of the property while providing the privacy to enjoy the nature that surrounds it.
The pool is located in the garden, perched above the cascading tropical landscape overlooking the forest and the ocean beyond. Lounge chairs are available in the pool deck. Our pool is to be enjoyed by all guests.
The Property
Our rental Villas are designed to provide the maximum privacy for our guests. We have created a space to relax, rejuvenate, unwind and entertain. Each rental Villa accommodates four guests in a spacious area that provides one private bedroom which features a garden shower. From the private bedroom one can access the terrace designed to maximize ocean and forest views. The terrace then leads the way into the living area that could convert into a private bedroom for two additional guests, or can serve as a resting or gathering point during the day from which to read a book while viewing the gardens. Each rental Villa has a kitchen equipped for your convenience and where you can cook your own meals. A private indoor bathroom and shower is adjacent to the main bedroom.
Each Villa (with the exception of the Tree House) has a ground level terrace and a rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe, settle down for a massage or just chill out.
The Tree House
Our fourth rental Villa is a two story structure. The upper level can only be rented together with the lower level. On the top floor you will find a studio apartment for two adults with stunning ocean and forest views with its own private entrance and balcony. The main villa sits at ground level providing the most living space of all our villas. The Tree House’s main floor is larger than the other villas and has two ground level terraces, one that functions as a dining area and a second which is a living area with two large sofas.The Tree house does not have a rooftop terrace.
Tours and Activities
Canopy Tour
The Montezuma Waterfall Canopy Tour is one of the zone's premier attractions. The canopy consists of a series of nine cables and eleven platforms suspended high above the forest floor. The guests glide along the cables using a pully and a breaking device.
Our local, English speaking guides are experienced and are trained in First Aid to ensure that this tour is safe and easy for all visitors. While on the canopy tour you will see a number of plants and animals unique to Costa Rica, possibly including howler and white-faced monkeys, parrots, and iguanas. The course follows the Montezuma river and gives you an opportunity to visit the famous waterfalls where you can take pictures and go for a swim in the pools carved by the cascading waters. This is an experience that should not be missed.

Payment Policy: Once confirmed, payment for 50 % of the total rental cost is required as deposit.. This payment can be made with a credit card or by wire transfer. The remaining payment is due 4 weeks prior to rental. Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you should have to cancel your reservation, either entirely or partially, please bear in mind that you should notify us no later than 4 weeks prior to rental date. In such case your deposit will be returned in full. If notice of cancellation is received 15 days prior to rental date, 50 % if the rental cost is forfeited. If notice of cancellation is received two weeks or less to the rental date the entire rental cost is liable to be paid. Reservations made 15 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Rules: 1.
