Although there is no view, the interior is a treat for the eyes, the kitchen/dining/living area is spacious. Playa Los Muertos is just a short easy walk of a few blocks. Truly a fully equipped, Hi-Tech modern condo in the heart of Old Town Vallarta!

At 60 days prior, only nights we are able to rebook are refundable, on the following scale, determined by the number of days left until your scheduled in-date .
Amount of the refund (Based on the total re booked nights, less first night deposit): Cancellation date 59-50 days- 80% | 49-40 days- 70% | 39-30 days- 60% | 29-15 days- 50% | 15-7 days-40% | 6-1 days 30% | No refunds on cancellations notified on the in-date or later. Refunds are sent after your scheduled dates. Rules: Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
Minimum stay: Stays under the minimum are on a space available basis and subject to an administration fee of $50.
