Casa Luna, Beautiful Beach Villa & 2 Condos,Gated Community Pool,Tennis CASA LUNA's Beach Villa & adjacent 2 condos, in beachfront gated community of luxury homes , past Playa Encanto, called Playa La Jolla Beach Club ,is 12 mi to Puerto Penasco Mexico aka Rocky Point. We've 24 hr security, rock free sandy beach, large beachfront resort freshwater swimming pool,kiddy pool, deck with lounge chairs, spa, tennis court, beach palapas, outdoor showers, picnic tables & club house, all free to our guests, right by our home. Casa Luna, left of the club house facing the beach & pool, is our 1 story custom home with 4 large bedrooms / 3 bathrooms that sleep 12 . Master with 1 queen bed, fireplace (please use man-made logs only), private bath with jacuzzi , stall shower with custom Mexican tile, double sinks, walk in closet & separate exit to private sun porch & balcony; 2nd bedroom with queen bed, ; 3rd with 2 double beds & 4th with double bed.
Each bedroom has a closet, 2nd bath with tub/shower combo , 1/2 bath, Ceiling fans throughout with lofty wood beams. Great room with queen sofabed, fireplace, large dining table/chairs, fully furnished kitchen: full size frige, gas stove with4 burners,oven,dishwasher, microwave, coffemaker,toaster, blender, dishes, glasses,cups, pots, pans,utensils, towels, linens, blankets. etc. Living room with TV,VCR, DVD & hookups for video/games .
There are 2 adjacent condos: Condo Luna 1 , 1 bedroom with 2 double beds & queen sofabed in living room, sleeps 6, bathroom with stall shower. Condo Luna 2 with 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed & queen sofabed in living room, sleep 6 with shower/tub combo. Both condos with full kitchens & living rooms with all appliances & private terraces for star gazing & refreshing sea breezes . Free parking at our villa & condos. Rent Casa Luna and Condos Luna 1 & 2 for large family reunion of 24 , or the house, or either condo separately for smaller groups; long/short term. We've had weddings at our rentals too . • Condo Luna 2-Upstairs,2BR,1DB in each w/queen sofa-sleeper in living room ,1 bath tub/shower combo. (Maximum Occupancy 6) : $125 USD per night. Holidays/weekends $150 USD per night 2 night minimum stay $150 Deposit.
