First floor offers one king bedroom with private full bath and one double bedroom with sleeping area for a child and separate full bathroom; all with screened windows. The large tastefully decorated living room has large open air doors to the garden and front terrace. Covered parking, outdoor shower, new ceiling fans throughout the house.

A damage deposit of $200 US (or pesos) is required at time of arrival. It will be returned at time of departure provided there has been no damage to real or personal property. Deductions from deposit will be made for any damage done to the property or its contents, normal wear and tear excepted. Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled up to 120 days prior to the start of the rental for a full refund of the deposit paid. There will be no refund on cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the rental. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended. Rules: Rates Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice.
