This villa is new and spacious and can accommodate a large family. There are three lovely bedrooms upstairs: An air-conditioned master bedroom with an en suite shower room, a double bed, built-in wardrobes and blinds to prevent the sun from shining in. Next to it you find two more bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and one with single beds, and both also air-conditioning and with built-in wardrobes and blinds.

Besides the en suite shower in the master bedroom there is a family bathroom upstairs too and an additional toilet downstairs. On the lower floor you will also find a modern and fully equipped kitchen with refridgerator and freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all kinds of cooking utensils for rustling up your holiday meals. Essentials like a washing machine and a dishwasher are included, too.

The accommodation consists of an open space living room where you can relax on a cozy sofa or in armchairs while watching your favorite channels on satellite TV or your favorite DVD movies. Outside in the garden you will be met by a large swimming pool, a poolside shower and a built-in barbeque area. You can relax sitting outside under the parasol while you drink your favorite refreshments. Outside table and chairs as well as sunbeds are available.

The accommodation is situated in Kapparis within a few minutes walk to the beach and the different amenities of the resort. Kapparis is one of the best holiday resorts on the east coast of Cyprus. Over the last few years it has grown from a small village into a thriving community. With a great selection of bars and some real nice restaurants including a Chinese take-away and a traditional chip shop Kapparis makes a great family resort. It is ideally situated for access to the main town of Paralimni and is only about 6 km from the bustling resort of Protaras. Tourists enjoy beautiful sandy coves like Fireman's beach which looks out towards the ghost town of Famagusta. There is plenty of nightlife to keep younger members of the family entertained. And if you want to party until dawn the famous party resort of Ayia Napa is only about a twenty minutes bus ride away. About 1 km from the resort centre is a mini zoo offering a lookout point with views towards northern Cyprus and the Famagusta resort.
