In general, receipt of a Security Deposit of $150 per one to two week reservations is required within 14 days to confirm your reservation.
A security deposit of $250.00 per three week or longer reservation is required within 14 days to confirm your reservation.
The security deposit is separate from the rent and will be refunded by mail approximately 30 days following completion of your stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of less than 30 days written or e-mailed notice will result in loss of the entire rent and excise tax unless we are able to re-rent the property.
If less than 60 days written or emailed notice is received, the entire Security Deposit is forfeited.
Upon 60 days written or emailed notice we will refund the Security Deposit in full.
No refunds will be given for last minute cancellations. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
