An oceanfront swimming pool is also on site of the Pu'u Poa complex. There is a telescope at the condo for guests to use to watch whales from December through March. Nightly Rates :
Regular Nightly Rate : $350.00.
Holiday Nightly Rate (Effective 12/21 to 1/1) : $400.00.
- Out cleaning Fee $155.00.
- Tax 13.416%.
- A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve a property. (this may be larger depending on the property you are reserving or the length of the reservation) The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept all major credit cards, personal or company checks and cashier's checks. Cancellation Policy:
- A full refund, minus a service fee of $50 or 3% (whichever is greater), will be given for cancellation made in writing 60 days before the check-in date.
- For reservations canceled within 60 days of check-in, no refunds will be given unless property can be re-rented. Whatever portion of the reservation that can be re-rented will be returned minus a 10% re booking fee.
- Guests with a reservation of 120 days or longer MUST cancel 120 days prior to check-in for a full refund, minus the $50 or 3% service fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 120 days of check-in. Rules:
