Payment Policy: Rates are in Euros.

2. Reservation and payment 2.1. NR is authorized to change the prices, provided the period between the reservation and booked holiday period expires 7 months of longer. 2.2. The rental agreement is reached when the reservation (via internet, fax, mail) is received by NR (or the booking is made by telephone) and the booking is confirmed in writing by NR. 2.3. Reservations are from every day of the week, always in consultation and based on availability. 2.4. Quoted prices are per week payable, unless otherwise stated or agreed. 2.5. Later than 7 days after receipt of the confirmation by NR is the tenant a deposit of 30% of the total rent to be received, unless NR the tenant and have made other arrangements. 2.6. The remaining 70% of the rental price must be no later than 4 weeks before the stay on the bank of NR to be paid, unless NR the tenant and have made other arrangements. 2.7. When booking on a term (less than) 4 weeks before arrival, the full rental prices (per telephone transfer) to be paid. 2.8. For late payment of the amount automatically become the tenant is in default. NR sent a written warning. If the amount due within 7 days from the date of the notice yet in possession of NR, the contract is esteemed to be canceled in which case NR is entitled cancellation as defined in article 5 of these conditions to change. 2.9. After confirmation of the reservation the tenant’s received at his home address the address of the villa and the name of the hosts and their phone numbers. They will hand over the key to the tenant and details regarding the villa with the tenant to discuss. Cancellation Policy: 5.Cancellation 5.1. If the tenant wishes to cancel the contract, the cancellation, the amount of the rent will not exceed charged, except in this case where a cancellation insurance that provides coverage. 5.2. The tenant must cancel during office hours. If after office hours is canceled, the cancellation is considered to have been made on the next business day (Monday through Friday). 5.3. NR is entitled to cancel the agreement if the tenant is in default and/ or otherwise in the cases describes in these terms. 5.4. If canceled before the deadline of 4 weeks before the start of the stay, the tenant has to pay an amount of 50% of the total rent. 5.5. For cancellation within 4 weeks before the start of the stay, the tenant the full amount is due. 5.6. On the early termination of the stay the full rent owed. GENERAL CONDITION VIVENDA FLEAU E PLEUNTJE 1. General 1.1. These general conditions apply to all booking for the holiday rental “Vivenda Fleau e Pleuntje” (below VFP), owner N. Reijnders, (below NR) at Breda. 1.2. The rented villa is meant the adjacent villa with yard, other buildings, pool, inventory, tools, and all by VFP and yard property (moveable) belongings. 1.3. The tenant is the person who enters into the rental agreement. It is also understood tenant those whom or on whose behalf the tenant enters into the rental agreement with NR.
