The villas are situated just off the Luz to Burgau coastal road. They are just a short walk to the beach and all the facilities that the charming small town of Luz has to offer, including many restaurants, bars, cafes, and discotheque / club. The glorious large sandy beach has a Blue Flag and offers safe bathing and all types of watersports from May to October. The historic town of Lagos is some six minutes drive away. The villas are spacious, comfortably furnished and welldecorated and have a lovely light and airy feel with the benefit of large terraces and balconies with direct access to the pool area. There are magnificent views over the roof tops from the upper terrace towards Luz Bay and the sea. These very good value villas with close proximity to the beach are ideal for a family holiday. All the balconies have safety netting. Payment Policy: All rates are in Pounds Sterling. Debit and Credit cards accepted (Credit card +2%). Deposit required at time of booking with final payments made 8 weeks before departure for holiday. Damages / Breakages Deposit is £300.00 and can be secured with Debit / Credit Card before departure or in some cases, is payable on arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days of return date or, in some cases, before departure less any excess cleaning costs and replacement or repairs for damage to the property or any of its contents. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the accommodation up to 3 months prior to departure you will lose your Deposit. 50% of total cost of accommodation is charged if you cancel 2 months prior to departure.
100% of total cost of accommodation is charged if you cancel less than 2 months prior to departure. All cancellations must be in writing. Admin fees may apply. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. All rates are in GBP sterling.
