It is in an enviable position right on the sea-front on the quieter side of the charming small town of Praia da Luz. The center of Luz with all its shops, restaurants and facilities is just a couple of minutes walk away.
There is a small sandy beach very close to the villas and the main beach of Praia da Luz is on the other side of the Fort less 5 minutes walk away. The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped, and has its own sunbathing terraces and balcony and a small garden overlooking the sea as well as a side garden facing the pool. Car not required. Payment Policy: All rates are in Pounds Sterling.
Debit and Credit cards accepted (Credit card +2%). Deposit required at time of booking with final payments made 8 weeks before departure for holiday. Damages / Breakages Deposit is £300.00 and can be secured with Debit / Credit Card before departure or in some cases, is payable on arrival.
The deposit will be refunded within 21 days of return date or, in some cases, before departure less any excess cleaning costs and replacement or repairs for damage to the property or any of its contents. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the accommodation up to 3 months prior to departure you will lose your Deposit. 50% of total cost of accommodation is charged if you cancel 2 months prior to departure.
100% of total cost of accommodation is charged if you cancel less than 2 months prior to departure. All cancellations must be in writing. Admin fees may apply. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
