Payment Policy:
Rates are quoted in US Dollar.
A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. This includes a Security Deposit of $750.00. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, PayPal, and Visa or MasterCard are accepted forms of payment Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION; REFUND: Rental Deposit amount is fully refundable up to six (6) weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period. After six weeks prior to the rental period the Owner shall have the right to retain the initial Rental Deposit at the Owner’s discretion. If Guest cancels or otherwise terminates this Agreement, Guest has the option to reschedule their vacation dates or get a 50% refund of the Rental Total above. Guests may reschedule their vacation dates once for a fee of $50. Guest has 24 hours to reschedule their vacation dates once notice of cancellation is given. Rules:
Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
Guests are expected to adhere to the Rules and Regulations of the Homeowners Association, a copy of which will be provided to the guest upon confirmation of the booking.
