M&M’s Cottage Less than 90 minutes from the GTA is this newly renovated immaculate cottage with a spectacular view of Rice Lake. This private cottage has parking for 4 cars. Excellent boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, golfing, dining (restaurants), public boat launch & LCBO. The living room is large with a specatular view of the lake. The kitchen included fridge, stove, microwave, toaster & coffee maker. There is a large deck facing the water front with a BBQ.
M&M’s cottage is located in the heart of “FISHING COUNTRY” You will find great finishing at your doorstep. Rice Lake hosts fish varieties of blue gill, perch, crappie, walleye, (pickerel) large and small mount bass, carp, and muskie. On Rice Lake you will experience some of the “best fishing in the Kawarthas”
M&M’s cottage on Rice Lake is a quiet cottage on the south west shore. The cottage is open all year for our guests to enjoy seasonal activities including hunting, snowmobiling, skating, skiing, ATV off road trails and sightseeing.
Boats, motor rentals, and boat launching available on request.
