Villa Marguerita, our beachfront vacation villa in Port Barton, Philippines, is an excellent getaway for you to spend a few days with your loved ones. Our three bedroom retreat is spacious enough to accommodate up to eight guests. The bedrooms have four double beds. The bathrooms are well stocked with all moderns amenities. You will be delighted to cook your favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen.
For entertainment, this child friendly vacation villa has TV, cable TV, satellite TV, CD stereo and DVD player for you to gather over your favorite movies, music and sitcoms. The patio is perfect for lounging and working on your tan. A pool table is also there for you to play couple of friendly games. Sorry, no pets and no smoking please.

Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.
25% of rental fee is due when the booking is made, and the balance is payable at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
There are no ATM’s in Port Barton and credit cards are not accepted here either.
Payments can be made by direct bank deposit to our account in Philippines or by PayPal, Visa and Mastercard and PayPal through our Brisbane office.
An additional charge of 6% will apply for Visa and Mastercard payments to cover costs of international money transfers. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $100. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Travel insurance is advised. We offer the guest the option of using the cancellation fee as a credit for re-booking in the future. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
