Getting there
House in the village of Cima, 2 km from the center of Porlezza, in a quiet countryside location with beautiful views of the Lake Lugano and the mountains. The garage has a maximum height of 1.90 meters, is located on the ground floor and has room for only one car. The house is accessed via an outside staircase. On the back of the house, a few steps lead up to a large area that is equipped with with pergola, wood stove, table and chairs. Access to the house via 200 m of dirt track road (uphill, steep and narrow).
