Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, minus a $300 administration fee. Travel insurance is recommended for anyone who is unsure whether they may need to cancel. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
