Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US dollars. A two-nights deposit plus tax is due within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to booking (90 days for holiday period). We accept Visa and Mastercard, personal checks and money orders made to US funds. Cleaning fee of $100 on stays of less than 5 nights Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival allow refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable unless space can be resold. Any space resold will be refunded. We recommend travel insurance and it can be purchased directly from us for 7% of your total trip cost. Bookings made at special rates for last minute and long stays require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable. Rules: Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. A damage deposit of $1000.00 is required unless you wish to purchase damage deposit insurance through us. There is a $70 fee for damage deposit insurance (coverage up to $3000.00 in value.)
