Final cleaning:
At the price of the week are added:

- Euro 200.00 per two-week stay
These amounts include the final cleaning, bed linen and bath towels that you will find in the property, (1 complete set of linen per week for the number of guests present), the cost of electricity, water and gas for the period from May to September, during the remainder period, the cost of electricity and gas will be calculated according to consumption.
Security deposit:
Euro 500.00 for week, this amount will be returned at the end of stay.
