Getting there
Plougasnou, situated on the edge of Morlaix Bay, is a small, family-oriented seaside resort. A typical village of the Brittany region, with 17 km of rugged and unspoilt coastline and a beautiful architectural heritage, it enjoys a splendid location at the edge of a sandy beach which is naturally protected from the sea [breeze]. The Residence, opposite the sea, on the edge of a magnificent fine, sandy beach, is situated in the little hamlet known as Saint Samson en Plougasnou, 4.5 km from the nearest shops. This new leaseback residence consists of 56 apartments. The large picture windows and terraces of the apartments offer a spectacular view of the sheltered cove. Amenities of the complex include an indoor heated swimming pool and a fitness room, both facing the ocean and free of charge; a laundry (use for a fee) and a free outdoor parking area with a limited number of spaces. You can find additional parking at the public parking area, about 50 meters away.
