GENERAL PROPERTY INFORMATIONS The Manoir du Treuscoat comprises of a manor house where the owners live and the renovated rental house (in 2007) and situated in the parkland 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. In the house: central heating. Parking in the grounds. Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, supermarket 3 km, sandy beach 8 km. Tennis 3 km. Please note: car essential. There is a mini farm in the grounds: horses, donkeys, goats, Ouessant sheep, dogs. There is a tree house (10 m off the ground) which can be rented for an extra charge, per night, (115 Euros for 2 people with breakfast included).
