A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the number of days prior to the reservation and the rate period the reservation was made for.
