This villa disposes of two large sitting areas with television and stereo. The kitchen with close-by dining area is equipped with a washing machine, hob, refridgerator and freezer, an electric oven and a microwave. Of the three air-conditioned bedrooms with sufficient wardrobes and storage space the first one has a double bed and an en suite bathroom, the next one also a double bed and the last one single beds. The water system is solar and immersion heated, drinking water is pure. The villa is also central heated.

A door from the kitchen opens onto the garden with a large barbecue area and a swimming pool. Around the villa is a veranda with garden furniture, sunbeds and parasols. There are no nearby neighbours which allows you privacy for sunbathing in the fenced and landscaped garden. All the verandas enjoy nice views of the surroundings starting from the Troodos mountains and going down to the Pissouri Bay of the blue Mediterranean Sea. It is only a few minutes' drive to the Pissouri Bay with its clear blue waters and sandy beaches and where you can also enjoy water sports and local food.

Larnaca airport is about 1 hour by car and Paphos airport is less than half an hour's drive away.
