For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival and less than 90 days prior to arrival during Christmas and New Years. (Travel insurance is advised).
