Nice Two Floors Villa on the Beach in a Small Gated Complex with Pool
Two floors villa, on the left edge of "Villas on Great Bay" complex. Directly on the beach of Philipsburg, the capital of dutch St.Maarten. On the ground floor: Terrace on the beach with wooden floor, a covered patio to enjoy meals and ocean sight and a small garden with private entrance (only unit of the complex so featured); inside there's a spacious living room with sofas and armchairs, flat tv, a wide dining space with table and chairs. A kitchen completely equipped and one half bathroom (wc and basin).
On the upper floor: one master bedroom with his terrace with sunbeds sorrounding the beach, a second spacious bedroom (ocean side view), a big bathroom with double space shower recently renovated. Each room is with ceiling fans and separately air-conditioned. The common areas of complex include a pool with sunbeds and tropical garden. From the airport you go out and turn right out of airport. Follow airport road for about 3 miles then follow the sign that says Philips burg.
You'll be turning right up a big hill that will bring you to your first roundabout. Take the first turn that will bring you down that hill. You'll pass Learning Unlimited school then there will be another roundabout. Take the turn to the right. Take this road around to Great Bay. You pass Great Bay beach Hotel then shortly after you'll see Villas On Great Bay. Pink complex on the water.
