Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged a fee of $50.00. Cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation, late arrival,or early departure does not warrant any refund of deposit or rent. Rules: This is a no smoking unit. Pets are not allowed.
