Beautiful 1, 2 or 3 Bedroom Apartment with Private Access to the Beach This beautifully decorated apartment is new completed and very large (2500 square feet). With its super-size balcony leading off the spacious living room, large bedrooms each with private robes and bathroom facilities and the office/massage room (which can be made up as a third bedroom), this apartment is the only one of its kind in one of Penang's newest and most well know ''Super Condo'' gated developments. The development location is second to none, and it boast every possible resort / lifestyle amenity. Not only is there private access to the beach, but there are multiple pools to choose from, fitness and sporting facilities and many restaurants within walking distance. Guests staying in this Condo will not have to lift a finger as there is complimentary housekeeping 4 days a week. Other services that can be provided at a minimal fee are a food starter pack provided on arrival, a massage lady that comes to the apartment and a laundry service. This apartment has been set up so that it can be the perfect holiday apartment for a romantic couple, two couples or business people traveling together or for a family.

Ocean views can be seen from every window, even the bathrooms. The large opening windows leading onto the huge balcony from the lounge/dining room turns this area into a really large indoor/outdoor living space that catches the breeze and stays nice an cool. On the balcony there is a water fountain complete with brightly colored goldfish providing all the right feng shui for relaxing on the sun lounge or enjoying a quiet beverage.

When ready for some sunbathing or swimming there are 3 swimming pools and a beach to chose from, not to mention the in pool Jacuzzi jets, and the poolside steam and sauna rooms. If fitness is your thing then a quick walk up nearby Pearl Hill to see the view from the Chinese tea house at the top is always fun, or alternatively just hit the gym or outdoor fitness garden. There are also tennis courts, a table tennis room and a half court basket ball court. It's like a resort without paying the resort prices and not forced to eat every meal in a restaurant.
