Within a few minutes you can find yourself in nice little traditional Greek villages in the mountains of Rhodes island or full of little touristy resorts. Pefkos, is a small town located in the south of the Greek island of Rhodes, 56 kilometres (35 mi) from the capital city Rhodes. The island of Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands.

Pefkos town is built in an old village, which was once known as a fisherman's town and is between the larger towns of Lindos and Lardos.
