Upon arriving, you have to pay the security deposit of 150€ by apartment by cash. It will be returned at the moment of departure and after. Cancellation Policy: More than 30 days prior to arrival : 50€ processing fee.
Between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival : 50% of the total booking amount.
Between 8 to 15 days prior to arrival : 75% of the total booking amount.
Less than 8 days prior to arrival : 100% of the total booking amount. Rules: The pets are admitted in our building with a fee supplement. The tenant have to inform F.B. at the booking.
