Spacious 3 Bedroom, 4 Bath, Hot Tub And Steam Room, Near Resort in Old Town This non-smoking Condominium has been recently refurbished with new appliances, original artwork, 4 TVs and other additions that add to the charm of the Park City themed rooms. It is decorated to represent the rustic appeal Park City has long been known for. Its clean and comfortable setting provides a wonderful getaway retreat. Watching skiers from the main floor or the master bedroom is a favorite.
The Park City resort is a five minute walk plus the free shuttle stops near the condo to take you to Park City Main Street, Deer Valley Ski area, the Canyons resort, or to the Outlets at Kimball Junction. Summertime provides a beautiful mountain setting for biking and hiking as well as fun activities and ball games in the city park adjacent to the condo. Located in a wonderful part of the town, this condominium's proximity puts you so close to so much that is Park City.
A car isn't necessary since you are within walking distance to most everything: Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, movie theater, the summer skate park, ice skating, City Park with baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and children’s playground. The free Park City bus system stop is steps away from your front door. The bus can take you to skiing at Deer Valley and The Canyons, additional movie theaters and shopping at Redstone Shopping Center, the Outlet Stores, and the Utah Olympic Park (2002 Winter Olympic games site). During the warmer months there is mountain biking at all 3 resorts, plenty of golf, hiking, world class fly fishing, ballooning, and 2 nearby lakes for water activities. WiFi and Cable available.
The layout of the condo is as follows:
Upstairs there are two bedroom suites: The Skier Room with a king size bed, double closets, and a full bath/shower. The Large-Animal Theme Room has a king size bed with a bathroom and shower.
The main level has a full sized kitchen, dining room, family room with gas fireplace, and access to a full balcony. Two couches on the main level convert into queen beds. The main level bathroom has a washer and dryer, as well as a large steam room/shower.
Downstairs has the Silver Miner Bedroom with two single log beds and a full bath/shower. The private hot tub is located next to the entrance door in its own Cedar walled room. Two covered parking stalls are located next to the front door on this level. Additional parking is available on site. No Smoking in the condo or carports. No Pets Allowed inside the condo. No exceptions.
We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, kitchen ware, artwork, nick-nacks, etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules especially pets and smoking. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will be charged if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishwasher started, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be turned off. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
