The owner is a retired Fire Chief and part-time ski instructor in Park City, and he stays in his condo during his 7-10 day work assignments when he travels from Wisconsin. It is a home away from home for him, his wife, and family visitors.
The unit earned a "gold" rating when it was listed by a property management company, and has modern appliances with ice-maker, a new 32-inch flat screen HDTV, and new PREMIUM quality Lacrosse queen, extra long SOFA BED with 7" mattress! The KING BED is high-quality and new in 2010. Programmable electronic touch-pad door lock provides security and convenience. BRAND NEW BATHROOM, with jetted tub, shower, and grab rails.
Ski boots can be worn to the mountain, as the FREE TRANSIT BUS picks you up a half block away and drops you off very close to the lifts at Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort, each about a 10-minute ride, and at the people-moving gondola at Canyons Resort. A boot dryer is supplied in the unit, as are a humidifier, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. $200 refundable reservation/damage deposit upon confirmation. $60 housecleaning fee/10.45% Utah sales and rooming tax. 50% of fees 60 days prior to arrival, 50% 14 days prior Cancellation Policy: A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date will result in forfeit of the full 1st rental bill payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice, but will not change once a reservation is confirmed. All rules will be emailed prior to reservation confirmation. Key rules: No pets, absolutely no smoking in building, no singles groups or vacationing student groups under age 22 without parent or guardian accompanying.
