Van Gogh is the Charming 2 Bedroom Cottage Van Gogh is the charming 2-bedroom cottage. It has a comfortable and rustic feel with all the mod cons that you would expect in a holiday home. Some of the original oak has been used in the tasteful decor to create a minimalistic style. Van Gogh provides you with a spacious living and dining area complete with comfortable leather sofas and dining for 4. There is a CD player, free view satellite, flat screen TV plus DVD/video player. DVD’s and videos are available on request at no extra charge. The light and airy kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to create mouth watering dishes to your heart’s content from traditional French cuisine to sandwiches and salads. We have installed a washing machine, full size gas cooker, a fridge freezer (to keep the white wine cool) a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a window overlooking the pool area. This pretty room has traditional exposed beams and is tastefully decorated. The second bedroom has twin beds and has views over the courtyard garden and wishing well. There are also many exposed beams in this room plus a wardrobe and chest of draws. All rooms come with a standard 2 pillows per person but more are available on request. All pillows and duvets are hollow fibre and hypoallergenic.Bed linen and towels for use in the Gite are provided but please bring your own towels to use around the pool. Payment Policy: GBP. A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Payable by bank transfer in both cases. £150 security deposit is payable with the balance which is returned upon departure less any damages or if further cleaning is required. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a charge of £50. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, refunds of amounts paid will only be made if the owner is able to re-let the property and any expenses or losses incurred in doing so will be deducted from the refundable amount. The client is strongly advised to arrange travel insurance which should include cover for cancellation & personal belongings. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
