Enjoy a relaxing holiday in Cyprus! This luxurious and modern apartment in Santa Barbara is suitable for 6 persons and has an area of ​​75 m2. It also has a private balcony overlooking the coastline of Kapparis and the clear blue sea. This apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a bath, shower and toilet. The modern and comfortably furnished living room is an ideal place to relax with its 2-person sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player and Playstation 2. The open kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with all the necessary appliances including a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs. Via the double doors in the living room you can step out onto the balcony. Complete with garden furniture it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The 1st bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the 2nd bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom contains a shower, bath, washbasin with mirror and large fitted storage cabinet. Separate air-conditioning in each room offers a comfortable stay year round. Facilities of the apartment complex includes a large communal pool which you can use for free (the towels in the apartment are only for use in the apartment - you should bring your own towels for the pool/beach). The apartment also has its own designated parking which is accessible by elevator. A crib can be added upon request. Local restaurants and shops are within a distance of just 2 minutes’ walk. Kapparis has many beaches, the nearest is within walking distance of just 10 minutes.

The beach slopes gradually to the sea, so it is pleasant and safe for children, like most of the beaches in Cyprus. In the vicinity of the apartment there are a number of family hotels which have swimming pools with free access. The apartment has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. There is a wide choice of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. There is a supermarket across the street. Car, bicycle and motorbike rentals are nearby as well as businesses offering tours of Cyprus. Ideal for up to 5 adults plus a child.
